Our customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The goods to be exchanged or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in their packaging and tags, as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
2. The goods to be exchanged or returned do not match the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects not apparent at the time of purchase.
3. Cosmetics and perfumes must be returned unopened and/or the product used with no damage to the outer packaging.

Credit Card/Debit Card - 3 to 5 business days
International bank transfers - 7 to 10 business days
Cash on delivery - 2 working days.
